Keeping Ferris Data Secure

The University is currently in the process of developing data classification and data handling policies and procedures, along with rolling out new technology to make our data more secure.

Please do not store Ferris Confidential or Restricted data in the “cloud” (OneDrive, Drop Box, Google Docs, etc.), on your computer’s hard drive, or on removable
media. To store Confidential and Restricted data, Ferris provides locations such as your H: and J: drives. Please help keep Ferris data secure by storing it appropriately.
